SZOFI BY NATURE
I created Szofi by Nature in 2018 with the intention of gathering some of the outstanding winemakers who work with the most natural aspects both by farming organically or biodynamically and by making wine with low-tech or no-tech.
All of the selected wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts, made without any fining or filtration and bottled with a minimal sulphur addition or in most cases no sulphur at all. „Nothing added, nothing taken away.”
My hope is that Szofi by Nature selection helps passionate winemakers, who respect the environment and high standards of quality, to continue what they do by bringing their wines to Hungary.

We are a natural winebar and shop where you can find the whole Szofi by nature selection and some other Hungarian wines. You can buy these wines also for take away. Delicious barfood made by the chef of esca.
